NOTE: On Typhoon HIL Control Center 2026.2 or newer, the TI C2000 Toolbox versions older than 1.0.0 will not function properly!
New features
- New devices supported: LAUNCHXL-F28069M and LAUNCHXL-F28P650DK9.
- New component: State reset. Resets the states of exported code.
- New component: CPU Utilization. Monitors utilization of available time slot specified by execution rate.
- New component: User Code. Enables the user to insert custom code blocks.
- BACKWARD INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: SCI Receive (Generic) and SCI Send (Generic) components refactored. Models with old components will raise a warning window.
- Introduced direct serial communication between controller and HIL device via digital I/O.
- Added an option to specify sampling logic on GPIO DI and GPIO DI (Generic) components.
- Added an option to specify range of carrier signal on ePWM (Generic) component.
- Added options to separately configure action-qualifier bits for B channel on ePWM component.
SCADA widget library updates
- BACKWARD INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: Widget library refactored. Panels with old widgets will raise an error upon loading.
- New widgets: SCI Write now has three variants: checkbox, slider and text box.
- New widgets: SCI Read now has five variants: bar graph, digital display, gauge, LED and trace graph.
Other
- Fixed error in decoding paths with special characters.
- Updated documentation. Added documentation on how to configure development board before deployment.
- Added additional explanations in example models.
- UI/UX improvements in components.
- Fixed wrong AO number in ADC (Generic)1 component in closed_loop_dab example model.
- Added foc_pmsm and closed_loop_dab example models adjusted for F28379D ControlCard.
- Added several simple how-to example models.
